Support
Tell us what happened, or ask about private-pilot access. Use the form or email hello@getwasabi.app. Neither signs you up for a newsletter.
The form requires your email address so we can reply. For an app problem, include the version shown in Studio settings, your iPhone model, iOS version and the steps that led to the problem. Remove customer details from screenshots or examples. Never send passwords, verification codes, private AI access codes or device credentials.
Where is my work saved?
Your working studio is on this iPhone. In versions with iCloud backup, open Studio settings → iCloud backup, opt in and choose Back up now. Wait for Backup verified before relying on the snapshot. Restoring one replaces this iPhone’s studio after a preview and confirmation; it does not merge devices. Share important quotes as PDFs too, but a PDF cannot restore the whole studio. Restoring a subscription restores access, not your orders or photos.
If Wasabi cannot open saved orders, it preserves the original file and disables saving. Keep the app installed and contact us before taking steps that could erase it.
Can I use it without AI?
Yes. You can enter requests, edit details and costs, and prepare quotes manually. AI is optional.
How do I plan the day or a cake?
Choose Review my studio for a daily work list and customer reply drafts based on your open orders. Choose Plan this cake for a design and production plan from a request and optional reference photo. The review screen shows what will be sent before generation. AI does not send customer messages, confirm bookings or change prices automatically. Review and share drafts yourself. A changed brief marks an earlier cake plan for review.
For due notifications, open Studio settings and turn on Remind me about booked cakes. Allow notifications in iOS when prompted. These local reminders do not require an AI call or consume an AI request.
How do AI concept images work?
Where image generation is enabled for your access, open a saved cake plan and choose Create an AI concept image. Review or edit the concept brief, then choose Generate AI concept. Wasabi sends that brief and a reduced copy of the order's reference photo, if present, to Cloudflare Workers AI. Text plans and reviews use Anthropic separately.
Choose Keep this AI concept to save the result with the order. Closing without keeping does not add it to the order. Keeping another concept replaces the previous saved concept and leaves your reference photo and quote unchanged. A later iCloud backup includes the concept you kept.
These are illustrations, not photographs of completed cakes. Check the decorations, proportions and practical construction before using one with a client. The image does not establish ingredient or allergy safety, a price, availability or customer approval.
Image attempts have a separate allowance: up to three per pilot session, or ten per verified subscription period, with at most two per day for the same session or subscription. A shared cap of ten attempts per day can also pause generation. An attempt counts once accepted, including a failed or canceled generation. Closing the screen stops the app waiting; it may not stop image processing already in progress.
How do I activate AI?
Request private-pilot access through the form. If you receive an invitation, open Studio settings, choose Activate Wasabi AI, paste the code and choose Activate on this iPhone. You do not need a server address or an Anthropic account. The code can be used once.
Pilot access lasts 30 days from activation, with up to 100 text-AI requests in total and at most 15 per hour. A shared cap of 100 text-AI requests per day can also pause service. Provider attempts that fail can count toward these limits. These are the limits for invite-based pilot access; concept images have the separate allowance described above.
Paid AI access is still being tested and is not offered publicly. A future paid offer will show its included allowance and Apple's price before purchase. Purchase verification is separate from an invitation; restoring a purchase does not create or reset a pilot allowance.
Test AI connection sends one fictional cake request to Wasabi and Anthropic and counts as a text-AI request. If access is invalid, expired or exhausted, continue manually and contact us for help. Do not share your access code.
AI suggestions need your review. They do not set prices, confirm a customer's agreement, take payment or establish allergy safety. Applying selected changes updates a working proposal; saving and recording approval are separate actions.
How do I restore or cancel a subscription?
Open Studio settings, then the subscription screen, and choose Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account that purchased it. If Apple supplies no subscription price, the app cannot start a purchase.
To cancel, use Manage subscription in the app when available, or open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and select Wasabi. Apple's instructions explain the available controls. Removing the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.
How do I remove information?
Choose Privacy request in the form for information held by the website, AI access service or subscription-reporting service. Include enough context to find the record, but do not send private credentials.
Remove AI access from this iPhone in Studio settings deletes the saved access credential. It does not erase orders or cancel a subscription. A used pilot invitation cannot be reused; contact us for another. In a build with supported paid access, reconnecting a qualifying purchase requires Apple verification and does not reset usage limits.
For locally saved app records, the current version has no delete-order, erase-all or complete-export option. We cannot erase your iPhone's records remotely. Contact us before removing the app if you need help preserving work.
