What does the AI actually do?
It interprets a cake request and reference photo, suggests a recipe from your studio, and drafts production steps and questions to confirm. Studio review turns open orders into suggested priorities and customer updates. For later changes, it compares the new message with the agreed brief. You review the suggestions and set the price.
Does the AI invent a recipe or promise a design will work?
The planner chooses from recipes you have saved and can leave the choice open. A photo cannot establish the ingredients, dietary suitability or construction of a cake. Treat the design and production steps as a draft to check against your own methods.
What is sent for an AI review?
Cake planning sends the selected message, reference photo and studio recipe summaries to Wasabi and Anthropic. Studio review sends order details and open questions; the photos and cost figures stay on your iPhone. You can also edit briefs, costs and quotes manually. Read Privacy for the details.
Does it collect payments or approve orders?
No. You share the quote or amendment with your customer, then record their approval yourself. Wasabi does not collect deposits, verify payments or send messages for you.
What happens to my orders?
They stay on your iPhone. There is no automatic cloud sync. Keep separate copies of important quotes, and read Support before moving or removing the app.
